Wonderful family trip
staff friendliness energetic team great variety
I especially appreciated the staff's friendliness. The entertainment team was energetic. Jonathan is a good dancer, and omar, ricci, mar and regina had bubbly personalities. The buffet menu had great variety. The chefs and service staff were very helpful.

The rooms were cleaned daily. Housekeeping provided services with friendly, genuine smiles. The room was spacious, and jungle views ensured privacy. I found it to be a very good experience.

The resort is medium sized. This is perfect for persons who require smaller facilities. It does not require a lot of walking. However there are no elevators, which may affect the accommodation of persons requiring wheelchair accommodation.

The wait staff was very attentive. I observed that they provided service with a smile. They noted when glasses needed refills and plates needed to be removed. It was excellent customer service all round.

The food selection was excellent, something for everyone could easily be found. I even noticed it for the pickiest of eaters. I could choose from a la carte restaurants, including French, Italian, Japanese, and Mexican.
